Selection of our recent projects
Telenet aimed to broaden its footprint beyond Flandres by acquiring VOO, the cable operator in french speaking Belgium. We conducted a comprehensive commercial due diligence on VOO and formulated a long term, post integration commercial strategy.
To capture a bigger market share within the millenials segment, PUSH designed and developed ZUNY, VOO's new digital brand on the Walloon market. Zuny offers an E2E digital experience, from acquisition to customer care supported by a new IT stack and OTT app.
PUSH advised the founders of Mobile Vikings during their carve-out from BASE, followed by the sale process to DPG Media.
DPG Media was looking to expand its portfolio of online comparison services with a price comparison website for telecom products on the Belgian market. PUSH designed, developed and managed MijnTelco/MonTelco.
BASE was looking to strengthen its retail footprint in Belgium and therefore considering to acquire a chain of mobile telecom shops. PUSH supported BASE in the acquisition of Allo Telecom, the last Belgian independent telco retailer.
PUSH established a joint venture between VMMA and BASE called M-Plus to develop a new product portfolio combining telecom and media products which were consumable on smarpthone, Ipad & Tv.
KPN had the ambition to become the reference mobile operator in the European ethnic market. PUSH advised KPN on the acquisition of Ortel Mobile, the largest ethnic mobile operator in the Benelux and Germany.
PUSH advised the shareholders' of Citylife on their attempt to engage with multiple Belgian banks and become the leading digital loyalty platform in Belgium: JOYN.
BASE was looking to expand its service offering from mobile-only products to the full range of telecom services, including fixed internet. PUSH advised BASE on the acquisition and integration of Tele2 Belgium.
Euroconsumers' ambition was to expand its geographical footprint by launching a price comparison website for car insurance in the Polish market. PUSH developed a market research and identified different acquisition targets.
4UCAMPUS wanted a strategic partner to further expand its business. PUSH developed the strategy, the VDD report and supported the company in its negotiations.
